Litherland Sports Park is one of the first facilities in the country to offer an innovative scheme to house cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation NHS services relocated from Aintree Hospital. The Centre is home to a number of Football teams along with a Football Academy, the Sefton Cycling Academy, Athletic Clubs and Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation NHS Service.
Facilities include:
- Active Sefton fitness suite using ‘Fitlinxx’ machines
- Fantastic class timetable
- Meeting room and conferencing facilities
- Activity studio, ideal for classes or birthday parties
We also have
- 400m, six-lane athletics track with a centre arena
- Floodlit synthetic turf pitches
- Adult and junior grass football pitches
- 1k cycle track
- Training pitches with team changing and shower rooms
